Farmers Portable Service, Inc.

Beginning in 1947, Farmer's Portable service has been a fixture in the Middlefield community.  With humble beginnings, farmers came to value our 'on the farm' feed grinding operation and the business expanded to multiple grinding trucks through the 60's and 70's under the direction of Herb and Lois Craig.  Acquired by current ownership in 1975, the past 70 years has brought significant changes, including new brands, more product selection and a new location.

 

 The business has evolved from primarily a grinding operation into a one-stop shop for all your animal feed needs.  Although the location, ownership and focus of the business has changed, the same commitment to customer service, quality and a broad product and service offering has remained the same.
